The
William’s owners, the Vasiliades’ Family, lead
at the helm by Chris Vasiliadis, General Manager, have combined
their extensive years of operating successful food establishments
with understanding the social and dining interests of individuals
who enjoy going out and having a positive experience when
they do. They are the quintessential hosts and they treat
the guests who enjoy everything the Williams has to offer
as part of their Big Greek Family.
Launching into their third decade, Chris and
his family made a decision to enhance the great aspects of
the restaurant, while also making some changes to continue
attracting the new patrons moving into the area away from
Boston and Worcester. With a substantial capital investment
Williams got a new look, new signs, a new entertainment stage,
wide screen TV’s and more. It worked. Customers new
and old are remarking about the beautiful new signs on the
premises, as well as on the state highway. But more importantly,
the town is talking about the new items on menu, and the exciting
new fancy drinks offered.

November, 2005 - Major capital improvement gives
Williams Restaurant & Tavern a face lift and includes
new and exciting menu items, new bar menu featuring fancy
drinks, and entertainment.
